Ok,
I have ordered a server and Im going to be making a Cod jumper for esg, but there is 1 aspect that I don't know what people want.

Should The server be oldschool Or nonoldschoool.

OR

should you be able to toggle it for yourself?

like sct server that very populated, we should have the option to switch from os to not os. they have the options normal, normal with speed, oldschool and oldschool with speed, and that works cause not everyone has a good PC..

you dont need a good pc to play cj, fps doesnt affect speed. And Non old school would be best becuase it forces people to develop a good strafe which can be good for promod and deathrun

Alik, oldschool is like a little boost, so that someone who has problems can pass that jump. Not everyone have a badass PC and this way a lot of guys can do it.

add a menu with optoins for rendering sight, fullbright and shit

yup gotta agree with jben there, non-oldschool is way better makes it fair for everyone, if you can do a map then practice dont just make it easier for your self, remember practice makes perfect Razz

For some maps skill is required^^, but OS is better to learn dem stafes

How you gunna learn with OS, learning something hard is trial and error, not trial and error then make easier then success  scratch

i agree lol but if someone is trying a jump and he fails like 20 times. he sure is mad and that s why people leave the server. The best choice is to have both of the solutions and the people can choose what they want. Think about it Razz

Lol i do prefer non old school But some people enjoy playing and cant reach the fps for it or what not so toggle would be cool and get it more publicity

Do it like that you can select between :normal,normal+speed,old school,old scho ol+ speed its perfect any one can select his jump height and speed like he want Very Happy

Fps only affects jump height not speed. Also I have a bad pc . Use the yitch3 cfg and Fulbright and render distance and you should be able to get 333 so I would say no oldschool
